NAWA User Information
To join NAWA, you need to provide us with some information about yourself to make it easier to make friends, such as your nickname, photo, gender, and date of birth. As you control your user profile, this information is always accessible through your “Profile” page, and you can log in to NAWA at any time to correct or update your information.
What Information Does NAWA Collect? Once you create a profile, we automatically track certain information, such as your IP address and device location. We also collect Wi-Fi access points and other location information, including your longitude and latitude. We may occasionally allow our staff to use the product for testing and user engagement.
For security reasons and to ensure you have the best user experience, we ask users to verify their accounts (as we want to ensure you are not a robot!) and may ask for your phone number. We will not disclose your phone number without your consent.
When you use our services, our servers automatically log certain information in log files, including your web requests, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, referring/exit pages and URLs, clickstream data, how you interact with links on the site, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other similar information. This information helps in more accurate reporting and service improvement.

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you. If you believe that any information we hold is incorrect or incomplete, you can request that we correct it. What Happens if I Provide Other Information on NAWA?
NAWA is a free application. When using the service, you should assume that any content you post or submit will be publicly visible and accessible to users and non-users of the service. Viewers may share your information with other websites, such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc. You can also use our messaging or chart functions to communicate publicly or privately with other users. We advise and encourage you (and all users) to carefully consider the information you make public. We also do not recommend that you place your email address, website, instant messaging details, phone number, full name or address, credit card details, national ID number, driver's license details, and other sensitive information that is easily abused or misused in your profile.
Be cautious when posting sensitive information about yourself in your profile, such as your religious beliefs and health information. While you may voluntarily provide us with this information, including your sexual orientation and ethnic background, we do not require you to do so when creating your profile. Please remember that photos or any video clips you post on NAWA may reveal such sensitive personal data. If you upload and choose to share sensitive information with us, you explicitly consent to our processing of your information and disclosing it to other users.
When you share information about yourself or use messaging, the amount of personal information you share is at your own risk. If you post any content that violates our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to terminate your account.
Can NAWA Collect Information About My Use on Other Sites, Such as Facebook?
You can register for third-party accounts on NAWA. Please remember that when you register with NAWA partners, you are also providing them with personal information; therefore, we recommend that you read their privacy policies, as NAWA cannot control how they use that information.
If you register on our partner sites or have verified your account through partner sites, we may link your NAWA profile to the profile on that partner site. We may do this through new products and applications launched from time to time, including new products offered by our group companies.
Does NAWA Collect Any Other Personal Information About Me?
If you contact our customer support team through the feedback feature in our service or any other way, we may receive your email address, IP address, and the information you send us to help address your inquiries. By providing feedback, you automatically consent to our receiving and using that information. You also agree that we have the right to retain records of communications with you, including any complaints from other users (and complaints from other users against you).

How Does NAWA Protect My Personal Information?
NAWA has implemented reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of information under our control, including your personal information. NAWA uses reasonable security measures to protect the confidentiality of your personal information, such as using secure servers with firewalls. NAWA's technical experts work to ensure the security of your use of our website.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements under which we provide services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Seychelles.

If you believe that any material or content in the NAWA application infringes on copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets (collectively referred to as “Intellectual Property”), please send a notice of infringement to NAWA’s agent, including a handwritten signature from the owner of the allegedly infringed intellectual property.
1.Confirm the material claimed to be infringing, including its location on the NAWA network, provide sufficient details for NAWA to locate and verify the existence of the material, and specify your intent to remove the allegedly infringing material.
2.Provide contact information, including your name, address, phone number, and email address.
3.You represent that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use has not been authorized by the intellectual property owner, their agent, or the law.
4.You represent that the information you provided in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner of the intellectual property or are authorized to act on behalf of the intellectual property owner.
5.You agree to indemnify NAWA for any loss resulting from any false or inaccurate information in the above statements.
